The braking choppers range TRANSOMIK® BC2 continue the TRANSOMIK® BC1 braking chopper up to 1200 kW. The use of a fan option provides for high continuous braking power. In addition various control and monitoring functions are available as standard features. TRANSOMIK® BC2 braking choppers use a special voltage control circuit with a smooth cut-in characteristic which allows paralleling of braking choppers with good load sharing.
